How do I pay for the vehicle reservation?

You can pay in advance by credit or debit card, or in cash on the same day. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card on the same day, you must remember to inform us when booking. All company credit or debit card payments are subject to a surcharge to increase the final price.

How do I find my taxi driver at the airport?

If you have booked the service – meet and greet, you don’t need to worry about finding the booked taxi driver. When your flight lands, he will be in the airport, holding the name board with him. Most importantly, you can leave your luggage with him so that he can pass a taxi. A&T taxi service focuses on customer satisfaction because this is the most important thing.
Even if there is no parking service, you don’t have to worry. you can easily find the reserved car and driver waiting for you at the specific pick-up point in the parking lot.

What measures are you taking to protect passengers and drivers from COVID-19?

We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and drivers during the journey. Every journey using an A&T taxi is protected by our “Safer Journey Plan”. We provide drivers with personal protective equipment and disinfect the interior and exterior of all cars before each ride to ensure the safety of you and the driver. We make sure to take precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Can I modify my details after booking my taxi?

If the reservation was originally made on the website, the customer can modify the reservation via phone, email or website. (Please note that a notice period of at least 12 hours is required for the website to accept any modifications, and customers must be registered on it). We strongly recommend that you make any changes via phone or email. You will receive a confirmation email with the revised details. In any case, there is no need to make any changes directly with the driver.

What kind of emails do I expect to receive as confirmation mail?

As a customer of the A&T taxi service, you will receive a journey confirmation email that contains detailed information on “Journey Confirmation”, “Journey Details” and “Pick-up Instructions and Receipts”.

Itinerary details and pick-up instructions are perhaps the most important email we send, which lists your driver’s contact information and pick-up instructions. Basically, you need everything we provide when you travel. This will be sent off when your driver is assigned your journey.
